Our Vision is to earn a reputation as the partner of choice for every client…one job and community at a time.
Our Mission is to achieve our vision not by words but by consistently delivering on our commitments through the highest standards of professionalism and technical and administrative excellence. We will sustain a distinctive partnership experience as an industrial field services company with specialty fabrication and modularization capabilities.
Our Core Values guide our company’s actions. We will never compromise in the constant delivery of:

Since 1920, FARMERS has offered generations of experience in operating a successful industrial fabrication facility and field services firm. Our management and operations team holds ten patents. We pull from our internal generational workforce, our incredible network of leadership, field supervision, and craft, and our diverse mix of formal training, field education, and project experience in the region’s operating facilities. We also covet our commitment to the industry and the local community through association leadership service and volunteerism.

By strengthening core services while expanding into high-demand markets, FARMERS Industrial is advancing with a focus on innovation, quality, and people. FARMERS President and CEO David Clem is leading the 105-year-old organization’s growth with values-driven leadership.
Many professionals bring their talents to FARMERS daily, and we would like for our industry colleagues and customers to get to know them!

A day in the life of FARMERS General Manager Doug Polzin means keeping FARMERS on track: Coordinating across divisions, supporting customers, and making sure the work produced in the shop and in the field reflects the FARMERS standard. It’s a demanding role, yet Doug, who’s been with FARMERS for nearly two decades, manages it with the kind of ease that comes from steady leadership.

Shana Barger has been with FARMERS for 13 years and is the Procurement Manager. Her daily tasks include building material take-offs, quoting and purchasing material for jobs, and purchasing overhead supplies for the shop.

FARMERS Industrial performs Positive Material Identification (PMI) inspections both in-house and in the field, and uses the industry’s most accurate instruments operated by reputable, highly experienced specialists. The “operated by reputable, highly experienced specialists” part? That’s Stephen Ewing.

Adam Popovich is a 19+ year employee at FARMERS and is currently a Project Manager. In that role, he handles a variety of tasks, including project management, estimating, and serving as a foreman. A typical day for him involves lining out the manpower for active projects, ensuring the crews are focused and productive, serving as the customer liaison to maintain open communication lines, and estimating potential work.

Kevin Shinette, a 23-year sheet metal journeyman, brings a positive, productive presence to the shop floor every day. Kevin’s skills are applied to many projects, such as fitting, layout, heavy equipment operation, shear, brake, and rolls. He also assists the FARMERS safety director during safety meetings. Known for his reliability and leadership, Kevin is a great member of the FARMERS team.
Our principal location, just south of Houston, is at the doorstep of the Gulf Coast Industrial Region and is geographically positioned to deliver! The FARMERS campus in La Marque, Texas, spans 7 acres, with 10 additional acres available for a pre-assembly and modularization yard. Our campus has the space and infrastructure to maintain large and/or simultaneous fabrication operations. From this principal location, strategically positioned just a few miles from the Houston and Galveston International terminals, we don’t just deliver projects across the United States; we also transport globally. Our many repeat and long-time customers, who consider us their Partner of Choice, say our campus is well-positioned to deliver. We agree!
